Sustained Growth

Our Private Equity activity started 7 years ago in the construction sector with commitments of €27.5 millions. Since then, we have been involved in over 15 transactions and manage more than €300 million in Private Equity investments. We invest in opportunities where we can work closely with the management team in order to accelerate the creation of company and equity value for our investors. We believe success is built on skills as well as on a long-term vision, and that our investors must benefit from a project's commercial upside regardless of the economic cycle.

Private Equity Real Estate Investments and Developments
Since 2005, we have been managing funds which invest in Private Equity Real Estate projects. Our activity now encompasses offices, hotels, residential projects and retail parks, all situated mainly in Europe. A typical project is Quinta Marques Gomes which we have been developing with our local partners. This project is amongst the most promising real estate projects in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal and will represent an important new residential pool for the region of Porto.

Private Equity Investments
Eurofin Capital have been involved in more than 15 PE transactions and manages over €300 million, mainly focused in Healthcare, Insurance, Heavy Industries, Construction, Tourism as well as the bottled and mineral water industry. The strategy seeks to invest in a diversified range of transactions in companies of varying sizes in Europe.
