Our Corporate Advisory business was set up in late 2010 to provide bespoke corporate financial advice to private and quoted companies in both developed and emerging markets. We are independent and privately owned. Our services are used simultaneously by private companies that are very small in size public companies with market capitalisations of over US$500 Million. The services are tailor made and free of conflict. We offer long-term financial advice that is not necessarily transaction-based and believe that this is important for the development of long-term relationships and a trusted partnership.
Our skills are honed by many years of advising companies of all sizes in both equity and debt finance, as well as in M&As.
Often, smaller companies do not get access to the right type of advice or are not aware of the differing types of financial advice and products available. We ensure such companies gain access to this type of advice.
Our backgrounds are capital markets focused in equity and debt, and our relationships extend across the institutional fund management community in both debt and equities, from the UK to the Middle East and Australia.
